Delete your How We Coach account

You can delete your How We Coach account, and the data that goes with it, at any time. Deleting is permanent: it can't be undone.

In the app

On iPhone, iPad or Android:

1. Open How We Coach and sign in.
2. Go to You, then Close your account.
3. Check what will be removed, type your email address to confirm, and tap Delete permanently.

On the web

Sign in to the How We Coach web app and close your account there. We email you a one-time code to confirm it's you.

If you can't use the app or the web app, email privacy@howwecoach.com from the email address on your account and ask us to delete it. We'll confirm by email once it's done.

What is deleted

• Your account and everything on it: your profile, and the training cards, Session Plans and videos on accounts you own.
• Cards you published to the marketplace are removed with it.
• Any subscription ends immediately and is not refunded.
• An organisation you belong to keeps its own cards and plans while it has other members.

What we keep

A record of the deletion and your subscription history is kept for accounting. Our privacy policy explains how long we keep data and why.
